Do the dogs have voting rights? I’m sure they do. But what the cat is doing here?

Do dogs have voting rights? Absolutely, they do! At least, in the whimsical world. They’re known to be loyal, watchful, and ever-present in their communities, so it only makes sense that their opinions are taken seriously. Whether it’s the annual park renovation project or deciding where the best spots for a daily walk are, dogs make their choices known, often through enthusiastic barks or the occasional paw print on a petition.

But then there’s the cat—quietly observing from the backline with a bemused expression. What is the cat doing here, you ask? While the dogs are busy casting their votes and getting involved in the day-to-day politics, the cat remains the true mastermind, perhaps plotting her next move. She doesn’t need to bark or march in parades to get attention. Cats, after all, prefer to work behind the scenes, manipulating the situation with a few well-timed purrs and a graceful flick of the tail, knowing full well that power often lies in subtlety, not volume.
