What is Golgotha cross

Golgotha Cross is a special symbol in Christianity – a symbol of forgiveness. It has few special attributes:

  • Four pointed outer shape
  • The inner cross has three horizontal crossbeams, with the lowest one slanted downwards
  • On the top of the cross there is a sign “The King of Glory”
  • On the left end there is a sign Jesus
  • On the right end there is a sign Christ
  • To the left there is the Holy Lance, with which Jesus was wounded in his side
  • To the right there is the pole topped by a hyssop sponge with which he was given vinegar
  • Cross standing on a hill (not just a cross)
  • There is a scull inside the hill. This scull symbolizes Adam’s head

This cross was gently restored and polished by me. I also framed it with red jade, white sapphires and yellow apatite.

Gemstones in Golgotha Cross

Red Jade is a talisman of individual power and will, dispelling the fear, worry and doubt that holds one back, and urges one to take action. It fades away all your fears filling you with the Life-Force energy.

Sapphires are not only symbols of power and strength, but also of kindness and wise judgment. White Sapphire brings wisdom and strength of spirit.

Yellow Apatite, or Gold Apatite, is one of the purest crystals of the yellow ray and stands for mental clarity, strength of will and manifestation.

Golgotha necklace is a very unique gift for any Christian occasion. Not only a very beautiful and outstanding jewelry, but also a piece of history and symbol of faith.
