Refund and Returns Policy
Prices
All prices are in CAD unless other is specified.
Shipping
I ship worldwide, however, the website processes orders to Canada and the USA only due to differences in regulations for different countries. If your shipping address is outside Canada and USA, please contact me at elena@rusart.ca for arrangements.
Normally, we process all orders within 1-2 business days. It may take additional 1-2 business days to process your order during the peak season (November-December). If there is a delay with your order, we’ll contact you by email.
All shipments go with Canada Post. I will send you the tracking number and shipping confirmation by email, when your order is shipped.
Shipping within Canada: $12+tax, or free for orders $70+ (before taxes and shipping).
Shipping to the USA: $25. Large pieces (20 inches or longer) may not be available for shipping.
Overview
All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued after the items are shipped. However, there are some exclusions.
If you changed your mind…
If you change your mind or realize you bought the wrong product, please contact me at elena@rusart.ca as soon as possible. To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. You’ll have to ship the items back at your own expense. Once I receive your shipment, we’ll issue a refund within 3 business days to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If the item is defective
It may happen that items have some defects that I didn’t see on my side, or the item got damaged during transportation. Please contact me for a full refund. I’ll need to see proof of the defects, not your misuse. I may ask you to send the item back at my expense.
If the box arrives damaged
We ship all items with Canada Post and all shipping is insured for up to $100. Please contact me if the package arrived damaged with pictures showing the damage.
